Command and Control Leadership Never Works

When is a job done? What is the expected quality? Does your process allow you to answer these very clearly? In practical cases, it is impossible to find any satisfactory answer. Clearly, the team needs to be ethical and motivated at all time. Only then the team stops passing the buck. Only then you can get the true picture of where exactly the team is lagging behind and what can push the team forward. How can you make the team more productive? You need to motivate the team. Do you think, command and control will motivate a team?
