My Project is Failing!

Today, I read http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/71209/Why_Projects_Fail and kind of agree mostly with the reasons.

If we talk more about what and how to deliver in the next three weeks instead of 3 months (or one year and beyond), we will possibly do a much better work. Invariably, this problem exists universally!
